  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing/stock).
  • Order confirmation via email/SMS does not guarantee product availability.

5. Payments All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details — these are handled directly by Razorpay's secure payment gateway.

6. Shipping Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and charges. We currently offer free delivery on all orders across India.

7. Returns & Refunds We do not accept returns for change of mind. In case of damaged or incorrect products, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy — replacements are provided at no additional cost upon verification.

8. Prescription Lenses Disclaimer Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription details at the time of order. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect prescription information submitted by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is the property of Silvinity Eyewear and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. User Conduct You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users' access.
