7-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all packaging intact.
- Shipping and Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Prescription (power) lenses are custom-made exclusively for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable — please double-check your prescription details before ordering.
